He is the current co-executive director of the International Chamber of Commerce Fraud Network (FraudNet), a network of professional asset recovery agents from more than 80 jurisdictions.
Over the past two decades, Danny has led numerous high-stakes cross-border disputes and investigations across various industries. He is frequently commissioned by financial institutions, private investment funds, and state-owned enterprises to handle cases involving complex investments, market misconduct, and distress. He is also renowned for his expertise in international law enforcement, fraud, and financial crime, and is recognized by the global elite as one of the 40 global thought leaders in the field of asset recovery.
Danny has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional title restructuring and insolvency, and is recognized as a top performer in the market. His portfolio includes acting as debtor in the Eagle Hospitality REIT restructuring, and as liquidator for 45 Lehman entities in Asia (excluding Japan), MF Global Singapore, Dynamic Oil Trading (part of OW Bunker Group), and BSI Bank.
Recently, Danny has become a pioneer in dispute and crisis management in the blockchain and digital asset field. His team successfully filed the first cryptocurrency claim in the Singapore International Commercial Court and provided advisory services to troubled cryptocurrency investment platforms.
