Ayana Ki
Ayana spent her initial years training under one of Singapore’s foremost silks before joining Setia. In her earlier role, she was involved in some of the most widely reported and complex commercial disputes in the region, including cross-border disputes involving governments and multi-national corporations, and defending high net-worth individuals in criminal matters involving cheating, money-laundering, misappropriation of property and conspiracy.
Driven by her passion for written and oral advocacy, Ayana is often called upon to formulate legal arguments and develop persuasive written submissions in challenging cases.
Ayana aspires to develop a broad-based commercial disputes practice, with a focus on trial and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining practice, Ayana represented the National University of Singapore in various international moots. Her achievements include winning the National Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition and finishing as semi-finalist in the International Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition amongst over 120 teams.
Ayana also won the Essex Moot Court Competition in her third year of practice.
